To anticipate these OS deprecations, Duo will no longer support Duo Mobile on Android 8 or 9 and iOS 13. As part of these release cycles, older Android and iOS operating systems on mobile devices stop receiving important updates and go through end-of-service and end-of-life phases. Google and Apple deploy new operating systems as major releases every year.

However, no support or troubleshooting will be available if issues are encountered. It is recommended that users upgrade to the latest iOS or Android version.
